What techniques and lures can be used to troll wahoo?

A metal lead is more than necessary if you don't want the wahoo to escape you.
Extremely voracious, it is fished with many lures dragged just below the surface. It is also common for wahoo to bite into bait that is not even intended for them.
To capture it, the techniques and lures differ:
- For fast trolling with surface lures such as black bart, hi-land;
- On a semi-fast train with dead bait to flap;
- Slow trolling in the wild, with dead bait, with swimming fish, halco, rapala, yo zuri, octopus whistlers.
Wahoo also likes fresh bait such as bonito bellies or sharp live bait such as small orphies or squid.
When a fish bites, the little trick to increase your chances of catching several at a time is to shake your other trolling lines when you go up the first one: it often happens that its congeners follow it!
